Understanding charges on your bank/card statement
When you use Enbecom for your web & IT needs, we want you to be completely satisfied with the service. All charges are outlined upfront wherever possible, through either the website or our pre-service discussions. There shouldn't be any surprises when it comes to charges on your bank/card statement.
Typical regular charges include:
- Web hosting
- Domain names
- Server rental
- Disk space / data transfer overage charges (on bundled accounts)
- Per component & usage monthly fees (on unbundled accounts)
- Software updates
- Security services
- Email campaign management platform
- VPN service
- SEO analytics
If you're wondering what a specific charge on your statement is for (and you're sure it's from us), simply log in to your Enbecom Account where you can see all the regular services on your account and view all invoices for regular and special services. By matching up the amount on your statement with an invoice from around that date (bearing in mind that invoices can be issued several days before your bank account / card is charged) you should be able to see what the charge is for.
