If it's not working out for you, just cancel your plan - you just need to give at least one full month's notice.
*To protect the platform against spammers, your initial list/sending limit may be smaller than this (e.g. 8,000-9,000). It will grow over time if you build your sending reputation through having low numbers of rejections and spam reports.
Recipients must be legitimately opted in members of your email list.
Monthly payments are due in advance for this sevice - there are no part-month refunds available. Fair payments policy: a continuous payment plan will need to be active for the services to be active. Your service will be cancelled if payment is not received on time.
Provision of service is additionally subject to our Email Marketing Service Agreement including our Anti-Spam policy.
